what would happen if the scrolls (hp-stats-def-etc and ''ultra pots'') didn't exist?

Hey panh just check the map can fishing by the any river side or on the bridges.. also can see a <F> fishin spot icon , of course first you need to buyin a rod from the npc
also different places in have different fishing level for example you can't fishing with lvl1 rod in lvl2 place.

u can fish everywhere with lvl 1 rod. lvl 2 rod is in bug i think. try to fish with lvl 1 rod! lvl 3 rod also works after fishing lvl 20+

lvl 2 place is protean/lunaskar maps.

u have to buy Fishing rod. You can find it Suply merchant. Buy cheapest rod and start fishing until level 10.
Dont forget press F when start.
