Hello Rise Online World Players!

Description: Our problem occurs with "Windows Updates" and "Screen Resolution". There are basically 4 basics to solve this, and the topic will be updated as new solutions come.

1) Update your PC (Windows Updates),

2) Right click on the "RiseOnline-Win64-Shipping" application in the "C:\Program Files\RiseOnline\Game\RiseOnline\Binaries\Win64" folder, select the "Disable full screen optimizations" section in the Compatibility tab from the Properties menu, click the Apply and then OK button to click the game. run it again,

3) Change your display settings (For example: set " 1024x768 "),

4) As a final solution, I can specify:

Type %localappdata% into the run, then follow the location "RiseOnline\Saved\Config\WindowsClient". You will see the "GameUserSettings.ini" file.
ResolutionSizeX=1920 // Write down according to the resolution supported by the monitor example: 1024
ResolutionSizeY=1080 // Type lower than the resolution supported by the monitor. Example: 768
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1680
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1050
WindowPosX=-1
WindowPosY=-1
FullscreenMode=2 (if you do 2, windows mode will be active),

5) Finally, this problem may be encountered due to package deficiencies.

###a) Microsoft Visual C++ --> You can get all packages until 2022 by clicking here,
###b) Microsoft Visual C++ --> You can get the latest package by clicking here,
###c) You can get the latest version of .NET Framework by clicking here: (The recommended version of the 4.8 version and the recommended "Recommended" versions of these versions change over time, be careful, the English text I mentioned above is written in the parentheses next to the version.)
###d) Click here for DirectX 12.

Note: Don't forget Windows, Driver, BIOS and CHIPSET updates.

Important: You can find the solution by searching the error message or files on the 2nd line on platforms such as "Google" for these errors that appear with the same screen output due to Crash, Win64-Shipping and package deficiencies.

Best Regards.
