Bought the wrong skin in store

Hi everyone!

Needed some help - today I bought an armor skin on my priest, and didn’t realize that the skin I bought was for mage only. Is there a way to transfer to my mage? I can’t put the item in the bank, trade it, or sell it to a friend.

Or am I just out 1k gold? Lol

It is not 1k gold, it is 1000 Rise cash...
I think u should open a ticket about it. There must be an alert for that while sending Mage Only costume to Priest character... ( devel advice).
I know that we can not transfer pet/mount atm, but you case is different.

There were a similar topic on the turkish forum, and the suggestion for the other guy was to type in the official discord. So i suggest you do the same, join the discord and create a ticket i’m pretty sure they will get back at you ASAP
