Cannot delete character.

I have created wrong class. How do I delete character if I do not own more character slots available?

Hmm excuse me, but I do not get it. I have NO character slots available, so I cannot create another character. The list is full.
Once I try to delete the last character it says:

If I cannot delete character, you cant allow me to create a new character, multi account is not allowed, how am I supposed to try new class? Should I just quit the game as mods of this game are showing a middle finger?
