Cannot setup a merchant

After putting items to trade window, I am unable to setup a merchant. No error, no message, nothing. Merchant is not appearing.

The merchant must be set up within a certain radius. If it's too close to other players, you won't be able to set it up.

There is literally noone in a huge radius around me...

Someone was probably bugged at that location and you can't see him,and its radius prevents you from setting up a merchant.

As far as I know, there are some restrictions for specific locations.

What is the specific restriction around me? It is literally a most common place in Dorion. People are allowed to merchant around me as you can see, why wouldn't it allow me to do so?

Yea did not see your last message. Probably someone bugged at that location, and you cannot see him, but its radius prevents you from setting up a merchant.
