Complaint Character Select Screen

Not necessarily a complaint but the character select screen/page really needs some optimization done to it. My computer is pretty decent and has massive issues loading smoothing in and out of that screen.

Im using:

i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz
RAM 32.0 GB
GPU RTX 3070
