Client says "Problem" and play button is gray

Hello all. My name is Ben and I'm from Argentina and part of an international guild. We started yesterday and we played fine most of the day but today when we want to enter to the game it says "Problem" in the update bar and the "play" button is gray.
How can I fix it?

Is it because we're from Argentina and our ping may be higher than most?

If you go to the game folder and start the risingonline.exe, it lets you type your username and password and then an error says "Game version error". Apparently there was an update and we didn't get it and the launcher is unable to update itself. So I think that's where the problem is. Is there any manual way to update the game?

Have you tried to verify the client in the launcher? Not sure if your client is either TR or ENG, but you may try "istemciyi doğrula" for TR, or "verify client" for ENG.

Can someone in Europe confirm that this is exclusive for non-european countries? My guildie from Australia same problem, Belgium no problem, Argenitna problem, USA problem.

still no update, sent in ticket waiting for response. uninstalled/ reinstalled many times. no change. any ideas?

It probably has to do with the servers in regions outside of EUROPE/TURKEY. GM can you please look into this? We want to play the game.

I think GMs are sleeping since it's already 2am in Turkey, so probably we just lost Sunday, hopefully we'll be able to play tomorrow.

Hello fellas. I live and play in Turkey, so basically in EU server. It should be depends on the region, because I could play with the patch 2.3.2. So I guess everything will be fixed tomorrow morning. It's hard to update every servers as once. If I could help you more, you can reach me anytime you want

I'm from Washington. I have the same issue. My brother lives on the east coast and he had no issues.

So I am able to play using VPN just letting you guys know it has to do with some of the servers going down for maintenance. If u have the urge to really play the game like me I suggest using a VPN to connect through a different server route while the GM fix the issue.
