Dear all Rise online team, worker's i understand your all busy and all, but this is really pissing me right off, i have been trying to communicate or get in contact with a GM or least somebody that speaks English. As i know searching for support or a little help is like impossible in this server, i have just started playing this server 3weeks, and having problems from your own system is not something i am in control with Plus not getting help whatsoever, asked and asked for support for over 7days, send text msg on Rise Online Discord doesn't even work, sending a msg to one of your management team reply like 1 word after when i type my problems, then reply 1 word then disppear for weeks.
like WTF is this please?
i payed for NFT Roco, bought a Rental Pet call Draco' for 7days, payed for it and sign with datemask, connected to my in-game account, see the Pet Draco on my own NFT profile from in-game, yet i haven't been able to even right click or activated it.
then asking for support for days & days then become a week, now pet is over and i didn't even get to use it?
are you really gonna do this to a customer when there's Obviously something blocking me from using and yet payed for something that i cannot use?
