First, you have to come to Vintair and open the Jewelery Upgrade option.
Then you must right-click the item you want to upgrade and put it in the slots. To upgrade items, you must have 2 of the same item.
While you are upgrading your jewelry, you may lose your item, you should upgrade by taking this risk.

During the upgrade, it asks for coins depending on the item level.
You can get Accessory Shard by Dismantle jewelry according to its level.
