I don't really know if there is anyything like this in any MMORPG..... but.
You could gain some sort of bonuses after getting married.
For example:
-more exp
-higher drop rate
-HP boost
-bonus speed when you're nearby
(while you are in party with your "loved one")
or even maybe engagement ring that will alove you to teleport to your partner in any zones (except PVP zones).
There could be some requirements like:
-having someone in friends list enough long
-reaching required lvl
- both of you must be in the same clan
