Pet and Mount no longer works

I just launched ROW with a new patch update and my pet and mount are no longer working. It does cast the spell, but nothing happens. There's no error message in the log.
I restarted the game, I did the file check thing, I can't get it to work. Anyone has an idea? I hope this can get fixed soon as I paid for these items.
