Problems with ingame store!

Hello! i have a problem with my account or computer, when im logging into my character (lvl 33 priest) and trying to open the store ingame it comes up that im not logged in so i can't claim my items from the ingame store that bought from the website.
The same thing happens on my laptop but when my roommate tried it on hes computer everything works. When im trying to setup a Self Merchant ingame i can only input 3x number " Max 999 gold ". ive tried uninstall and install the game like 10x times now and nothing works. Anyone knows a fix for this?

I get these problems aswell when im in the game cant put more then 999 gold when i try to write 9999 it goes back to 1 so can put only 3 numbers total, and ingame ticket is "No Session found"
