Press the "H" key and click on the Save/Load skill bar option on the left.
Place your skills in the 1#, 2#, 3#, and 4# slots accordingly, then click the "Save Current Stats" button.
To send your saved skills to the game, simply click the "Load" button.
If you want to reset your current skill bar, use the "Delete Entry" button.
Note: You can load a new skill bar once every 10 minutes.
