Vice merchant -> lost items after destroying merchant

Hey admins,

It seems that I lost 2 valuable items after clicking on 'destroy merchant'. I believe I had 8 items inside the merchant when I clicked 'destroy', but I only received 6 items back through the NPC. Probably because there were also some 'sold' items inside the Merchant queue, but I'm not sure about this.

How does the merchant queue work? Can it only hold 8 entries? If that's the case, would it be possible to increase the queue or give a warning that you have to be careful to use it?

Is there any chance for me to get the items back? They were worth quite a lot for a player like me (+-120m total)
