Hello, item drop rates vary. Sometimes the item drop taken within 1 hour, can sometimes take 3-4 hours. You may need to farm longer.

So sorry its my mistake to didn't get it what you mean before.
I just answered about general item drop rates because its really confused.
I didn't try to obtain that item and i have no idea that can be obtained from treants or not.
