Description: It is basically an issue that consists of and consists of basically 3 bases such as WIFI & LAN (Modem), Network Adapter (System) and Game files. Let's consider the solutions:

1) Open and close Launcher,

2) Make the game files and then Hidden Files visible, delete these folders manually in the background and install them again,

3) Delete the file named "download.xml" in the directory where you installed the game and run the Launcher again.

4) You need to increase the bandwidth and speed for WIFI and LAN connection, and also determine the quota of the Update service on the internet in the background,

WIFI AND LAN CONNECTION - FOR BANDWIDTH AND SPEED INCREASE:

TO SET THE QUOTA ON THE INTERNET USE OF THE UPDATE SERVICE (Follow the steps):

5) If you are using WIFI, this problem may occur because your personal system and modem use different bandwidth,

6) If you are a WIFI user, connect to 5 GHz instead of 2.4 GHz from the 2 frequency settings your modem offers you by default and try again,

7) Also, for Windows 10 users;

• Type netsh winsock reset and hit enter and do the following one by one. Do not close the page because your internet may be cut off. Do not close the page before completing the command.
• netsh int ip reset
• ipconfig /release
• ipconfig /renew
• ipconfig /flushdns

8) Delete game and its hidden files, try to download and install the game here:
