Explanation: It occurs due to the fact that the internet traffic of our friends who cannot patch and have this problem is not directed or the traffic is too heavy.

As a solution, I can specify the following:

How do we enter our DNS settings?
View network connections -> Right click on our internet connection in the window that opens -> Properties -> Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/ IP v4) and click on the properties below -> These numbers will be entered in the places shown in red in the picture.

1) You can remove this problem by directing your DNS server to " 207.67.222.222 - 208.67.220.200 " or Google DNS " 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 " by making your internet traffic more efficient,
