Hello Rise Online World Players!

Description: This issue is caused by services that break down over time, or by cracked Windows 10 .ISO files that you download from some sites.

Check if it's the anti-virus causing the problem, if you have anti-virus installed, try uninstalling it for a while.

1) "Windows Key + R"

2) Right click "CMD" and type run as administrator.

3) Copy and paste each command below, you need to do it one by one, finish scanning and restart the computer.

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Note: While the command is running, it is expected to see the process remaining at 20 or 40 percent. After a few minutes, the process will be completed successfully.

After completing the steps, the "Deployment Image Servicing and Management" tool connects to Windows Update servers and downloads and replaces damaged files in the local image for Windows 10 as needed.

It is done by performing a Clean Boot (reboot) once.

This process eliminates the third-party application running in the background of your computer along with services that are not required to run Windows. If there is a third-party application that is causing the problem or conflicting on your computer, this will stop it.

1) Press "Windows Key + R" to open run box and type "msconfig",

2) The System Configuration Utility box opens and you are in the general tab by default,

3) In the General tab, click on selective start and make sure the check(s) of load system service and load startup items are selected,

4) Click on the 'Services' tab,

5) Put a checkmark on Hide All Microsoft Services > This is a very important part, because if you miss clicking this feature, the computer may not boot properly or permanently, and it will end up with a clean install,

6) After ticking "Hide All Microsoft Services", all are now disabled,

7) Click on Startup Tab and open Task Manager. This will open another window with all your startup applications in the administrator account,

8) It will disable all the applications that you do not use. Just click on them and you can choose "Disable",

9) Click OK, apply the configuration utility and close,

10) Restart your computer and check how it goes,

If it still doesn't work, please try to do a 'System Restore' to an earlier date when everything worked fine,

### a) Press start,
### b) Search for create restore point and click the top result to open System Properties experience,
### c) Click System Restore button,
### d) Choose a different restore point. Click the "Next" button,
### e) Select the restore point you want to use on your computer. You can check the "Show more restore points" box,
### f) Click Next and then click Finish.
