With the 5.0.0 update of Rise Online World, the long-awaited Weapon Crafting rework has been introduced. With the update, many changes have been made to weapon crafting. I will examine these changes in headings.

Are there any changes in Production Costs & Cooldown, Crafting Time and Experience Points?

Certainly, there are many changes for both new and experienced players in terms of weapon smithing. For example, a player who has reached level 34 in weapon smithing used to pay 1 million gold to craft an Arch Sword, but now they only pay 100,000 gold. The craft time has also been reduced by more than half. Additionally, the cooldown time has been noticeably decreased. Previously, we had to wait for 35 minutes to craft an Arch Sword, but now we only have to wait for 30 minutes.

Moreover, we see an increase in experience points as well. Crafting a level 32 weapon used to give us 21,000 experience points, but now it gives us 30,000 experience points. As the level increases, so do the experience points we earn.

Compared to before, we can craft weapons faster and earn more experience points.

As seen in the new system, there is only a single increase in materials, which is one Epic Weapon Shard, to produce an Enhanced Swiftblade. You need to pay 500,000 gold to produce this weapon. In return, you get 80,000 experience points and one Enhanced Swiftblade. Also, it takes 90 seconds to produce this weapon, and after production, you need to wait for a 60-minute cooldown period. You can produce Enhanced Swiftblade with a 100% success rate. So, how was it in the old system?

As seen in the new system, for producing an Enhanced Swiftblade, there is only a one-piece increase in Epic Weapon Shard among the materials. You need to pay 500,000 gold to produce this weapon. In return, you get 80,000 experience points and one Enhanced Swiftblade. Additionally, you have to wait for a cooldown period of 60 minutes after producing the weapon, which takes 90 seconds to produce. You can produce Enhanced Swiftblade with a 100% success rate. But how was it in the old system?
In the past, there was a production time of 180 seconds, and after producing it, you had to wait for 2,400 seconds, which is 40 minutes. Here, the experience point was 48,000. At the same time, you had to pay 5 million gold to produce the weapon. Therefore, while the gold amount was higher and the craft cooldown was 40 minutes, in the new system, you get more experience points for less gold and can produce the weapon 90 seconds earlier than before (excluding premium bonuses).

Of course, not every weapon is like this. For example:

An Enhanced Heartseeker to craft in the old system, you needed 120 seconds of crafting time and had to wait for a cooldown of 1800 seconds or 30 minutes after crafting it. You would gain 24,000 experience points and had to pay 1 million gold to craft this weapon. Therefore, in the new system, you need less time to craft the weapon, gain more experience points, and pay less gold.

Previously, it took 150 seconds to craft Enhanced Heartseeker and the cooldown time was 35 minutes. In return, we received 32,000 experience points and had to pay 1 million gold.

Are there any changes in materials? Can't I produce normal weapons anymore?

Previously, we were able to craft normal weapons, but now we can only craft Enhanced weapons. This way, instead of crafting normal weapons, we can craft higher quality and unique crafting-only weapons. It has been mentioned that normal crafting will return in the future, but there is currently no date for this.

In addition, there have been changes in the required materials. For instance, before we did not need any specific weapon to craft a weapon, but with the removal of normal weapons, we now need a weapon of that type to craft an Enhanced weapon. There have also been changes in the required amount of materials. You can review the necessary materials from here.

Can I only craft Enhanced items with +1 items?

In the current patch, yes, but with future updates, you will be able to make higher level enchanded items.

What is Craft Coin?

The coin system can be present in various areas. There will be many coin options such as Kill Coin and Upgrade Coin. These will be determined based on the events you participate in the game and you will be able to obtain different rewards with these coins. Craft Coin is one of them. It was first integrated into Weapon Smithing. However, we cannot currently perform any operations with Craft Coin as the interface design has not yet been completed.

What are my chances of earning Craft Coins?
Between levels 18-30, there is a chance of obtaining craft coins ranging from 1% to 4%. For crafting above level 32, there is a chance of obtaining craft coins ranging from 20% to 100%.
