I think I was banned, but I don't know why. Any way to get back into the discord?

I don't have permissions either on discord, makes it hard for English speaking ppl to get/ask info and recruiting, it's been a ruff start for English speaking ppl or Spanish, one example is I have no clue how to buy premium or more importantly for me it's all about buying pots, when ko removed pots from store I just quit, that's one of the big selling points here
