Explanation: Hello friends, in this location, I will give you my information about the solutions to the general and specific problems of EAC errors, but first I will present five-item general solution arguments and then we will continue on specific errors. If you're ready, let's start!
1) First we will check if your EAC server side internet access is working properly. If you access this address https://download.eac-cdn.com and it says "OK" in the window that opens, we do not have any problems in this area. If none of the connections show the expected message, make sure nothing is blocking your internet connection. If necessary, add Easy Anti-Cheat and the game folder to your firewall exception list or disable the firewall temporarily. 2) Update the operating system of your PC.
### a) The system files that the game depends on may be missing. First, make sure you have the latest updates for your operating system installed.

3) Keep the game updated! Some of our users log in to the game with the .exe file after the patching process, and this may cause you to get an error. It can also be caused by a corrupt Easy Anti-Cheat installation. 5) If you have an Anti-virus program, it may cause you to get an error. I recommend doing a full system scan, but if the scan does not cause any problems, the problem may be caused by an anti virus or similar software that is corrupted and is incorrectly blocking Easy Anti-Cheat. Disabling it alone may not completely stop the software from interfering. Please temporarily delete such software to make sure the game works without it. 1) Corrupt Memory Error:
This error happens very rarely and can happen if physically installed RAMs are bad and the program is actively causing memory corruptions. Verify the status of your hardware and game installation. You can check the game status from the "File Control" and "EAC Control" tabs on the Launcher.
2) Unknown Game File Error:
Remove the conflicting file from the game installation directory. If it is running, close the game and then delete the file from the game directory, start it again after deleting the file.
3) Unknown File Version Error:
This means that the current content of the file does not match the content we expect. It is recommended that you remove the file and then verify it through the distribution platform used in the game installation, it will result in a re-download of the file. If that doesn't help, the same will happen if you confirm the certificate found in <RiseOnline>Game/EasyAntiCheat/Certificates/ of the file directory where the game is installed. If you continue to encounter these issues for different files, it is recommended to reinstall the game rather than inspect the files one by one. Note that some files may be left behind when uninstalling a game, so you need to reveal hidden files from the file properties and delete them as well. Then, perform the reinstallation.
4) Untrusted System File Error:
You are encountering this error because of your missing or corrupt system files, Windows updates not being done, and virus problems. To repair corrupted system files, open "Run-->CMD" and run "sfc /scannow" command. 5) Debugger Detected Error:
This error occurs when the game launcher is run with a debugger. Therefore, turn it off during the EAC process or if it still works, and turn it back on when you're done.
6) '.local' Redirect Detected Error:
It occurs if there is a game executable ".local" file in the game folder. You can fix the problem by deleting this file for once.
7) Driver Signature Enforcement Disabled Error:
Requires EAC Driver Signature Enforcement enabled. To enable driver signature, open "Run (Run as Administrator!)--> CMD" and enter the following commands in order:
• bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
• bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
Important:
If these commands are not working for some reason, you can also follow these steps instead of enabling Driver Signature Enforcement.
1. Click the "Start" button.
2. Type "startup".
3. Select "Change Advanced Startup Settings".
4. Under the "Advanced Startup" field, select "Restart Now".
5. Select "Troubleshoot".
6. Select "Advanced Options".
7. Select "Startup Options".
8. Select "Restart".
9. A menu will appear where you can press "7" on your keyboard to select "Enable Driver Signing Enforcement".
8) Kernel Debugging Enabled Error:
EAC will not start when kernel debugging is enabled, you need to disable it. For this, after opening "Run (Run as Administrator!)--> CMD", you need to enter the following command:
• bcdedit -set DEBUG OFF
9) Kernel Patch Protection Disabled Error:
Kernel Patch Protection is a security mechanism in 64-bit Windows and cannot be disabled manually, so this error is only caused by a rootkit virus infection. If you encountered this error, we recommend reinstalling Windows.
10) Safe Mode Detected Error in Windows:
Easy Anti-Cheat cannot run in Windows Safe Mode! Please use the Standard Windows boot mode.
11) Code Signing Certificate Validation Failed Error:
To fix this, install any available updates and restart Windows. If the problem persists, make sure your anti virus software is up to date. Also, manually import certificates. 12) Hack Tool Installed Error:
"A hacking tool has been installed on the system" Close the program mentioned in this error message and try launching the game again. If the error persists, restart Windows.
13) Game Security Violation Error:
