Error 10011 (Failed to start the game (2)

Second time today, seems to happen after there is an update. Ive been trying to get on for the past 2 hours and still nothing. Ive verified the files like a dozen times, reinstalled, verified the files again, launched as admin, restarted my computer, and nothing has worked. Not sure what else i can do or if this is purely server side. Hope this gets resolved.
