Game Rules and Penalty System​

A) Blasphemy, Insult, Sexist-Racist-Hate Speech, Insult to Family and Religious Values, Political Sharing

1. Blasphemy, Insult, Slang, Hate Speech, Discriminatory Language, Obscene or Disturbing Discourse Using the Chat Window or Private Message.
2. Mockery of Country, Region, Language, Religion, Race. Communicating with game administrators using inappropriate language. Continuously sending the same messages in a way that blocks the chat window of other players.
3. Threatening, targeting and intimidating players with real life discourses. Advertising using information belonging to another game or company.
4. Using a word prohibited by law. Sharing personal information about yourself or someone else.

1st Penalty - 3 Day Silencing Penalty
2nd Penalty - 5 Days Silence Penalty
3rd Penalty - 15 Days Silence Penalty
Penalty 4 - Permanent Account Ban

B) Trying to Modify 3rd Party Programme Prohibited Software / Macro / Game Files

1. You are responsible for your or your account's representation in the game world. Cheating in any way will result in immediate action being taken against your account.
2. Unauthorised changes to the game client (e.g. modification of the "Launcher" file), server or data.
3. The use of programs or devices that are not authorised or permitted by Rise Online World, or that are unauthorised by Rise Online World, that allow unfair advantages to be gained in the game from the use of a specific mouse, keyboard or other hardware device.
4. Sharing websites where 3rd Party Software is advertised, even if there is no advertising intention.

1st Penalty - 3 Day Account Ban
Penalty 2 - 5 Day Account Ban
3rd Penalty - 14 Day Account Ban
Penalty 4 - Permanent Account Ban


C) XP Boost / BP Boost (Taxi operations)

1. To direct this process by sending a message via in-game chat window / private message,
2. If this in-game action is detected by the Game Master team,
3. Even if it is not an advertisement, directing to Discord, social media accounts to platforms with such posts,
4. Making this transaction for in-game Gold, Item, Rise Cash, TL.

1st Penalty - 3 Day Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty - 5 Day Account Ban
3rd Penalty - 14 Day Account Ban
Penalty 4 - Permanent Account Ban

D) Account Sharing or Sale

1. Detection of account sharing by the game authorities,
2. It is forbidden to sell, exchange or share accounts for in-game Gold, Items, Rise Cash, TL or any other method,
3. Temporary account sharing for a specific activity in public (on live streaming platforms) is permitted.

1st Penalty - 3 Day Account Ban
Penalty 2 - 14 Day Account Ban
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Ban

E) Payment Fraud (Fraud, Chargeback)

1. To receive Rise Cash by paying with someone else's Credit Card / Debit Card or by Wire Transfer from Contracted Sites without authorisation,
2. Requesting or receiving a refund from the bank or intermediary institution of the payment made by the chargeback method,
3. Accounts found by game officials to be involved in payment fraud will be penalised.

Penalty 1 - Permanent Account Ban

F) Sharing and disseminating unfounded information about the game, taking actions that will cause unfair accusation and public orientation about the game.

1. Using, disseminating and profiting from information that has not been shared and verified through the game authorities or the official channels of the game to create confusion or directly or indirectly harm other members.

1st Penalty - 5 Day Account Ban
Penalty 2 - 14 Day Account Ban
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Ban

G) Violation of Special Rights

1. Sharing personal information of players or game administrators. Use of real life information,
2. Opening a clan / character with a phone number, TCKN. Even if it belongs to you, such use can result in severe penalties.

1st Penalty - Permanent Account Ban

H) Sabotaging Publisher / Publication

1. Preventing, harassing or disturbing a live streamer on any platform by targeting them in PVP (Death Valley, Event Maps) areas.

1st Penalty - 3 Days Attack Restriction and 3 Days Silencing
Penalty 2 - 7 Days Attack Restriction and 7 Days Silencing
3rd Penalty - 7 Day Account Ban
Penalty 4 - 14 Day Account Ban
Penalty 5 - Permanent Account Ban


I) Abusing Game Bugs or Exploits (Bug Abuse)

1. Not reporting bugs and problems they find while playing the game and trying to use them,
2. Killing Creatures or Opponents where you shouldn't be.

1st Penalty - 5 Day Account Ban
Penalty 2 - 14 Day Account Ban
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Ban

J) Inappropriate Character or Clan Name Usage

1. Impersonating game officials, using names with insulting, abusive content about players or company employees

Penalty 1 - Permanent Account Ban

K) Unjustified actions to obtain gold, battle points, items, experience points in the game

1. Users who unjustly obtain the specified gains may have their gains completely deleted, and the relevant players may be temporarily or permanently banned from the game.

1st Penalty - 5 Days Attack Restriction
2nd Penalty - 14 Days Attack Restriction
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Ban

L) Event and Group Dungeon Sabotage

Not doing what your character class requires in Group Dungeons, in-game events such as Blood Valley War and Crystal Fortress War (not hitting creatures, not using Heal abilities, not using DeBuff abilities, etc.).

Intentionally causing an error in Events and Group Dungeons, slowing down progress, intentionally scoring points by dying to the opposing race.

1st Penalty - 3 Days Attack Restriction
Penalty 2 - 5 Days Attack Restriction
Penalty 3 - 7 Days Attack Restriction
Penalty 4 - 14 Days Attack Restriction
Penalty 5 - Permanent Account Ban

M) Sabotaging Players to Obtain PvP / EXP

On Kingdom maps, Haddar and Hagard camps, intentionally attracting creatures to parties/players that are intended to get PvP/EXP, trying to get the character to die/kill, etc.

1st Penalty - 3 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty - 7 Days Attack Restriction
3rd Penalty - 14 Days Attack Restriction
Penalty 4 - Permanent Account Ban

N) Global Chat Window Usage

It is forbidden to Advertise, Trade, Politics from the Global Chat Window.

1st Penalty - 3 Day Silencing Penalty
2nd Penalty - 5 Days Silence Penalty
3rd Penalty - 14 Days Silence Penalty
Penalty 4 - Permanent Account Ban

Note: The discretion regarding the implementation of the above-mentioned rules of behaviour and the degree of implementation belongs to the game administrators.

In case of Attack Restrictions, Silencing Bans, Permanent Account Bans, you will be able to see it as an announcement from within the game.
