Loading screen freezes at halfway

Hi! I would like to try out your game. When I select the character and click on start, the loading screen freezes at halfway, then client closes itself. Do you have any idea how to solve the issue?

Thanks for the quick reply. No, It doesn't give any error message. It just shuts down the client.

Could you please click on Client Verification on the Launcher, please?

Clicked on it and the text on the bottom has changed.

Now it seems the launcher has frozen too, and i cant click on "play" anymore in the launcher.

You have to wait couple of minutes, after it's done, let me know if it's fixed

What's your Processor, Graphic card and how much RAM do you have?

My CPU performs 11% better than the one in your minimum requirements.

And my GPU is 118% better. And most of GPUs are equipped with 2GB RAM, mine has 4GB.
