Log In Error

I am able to log in to web page, however when i log into the game, i get an error that says "login information is not correct and to check my username and password"
but like i said i was able to log into the web page with the same info with no issue at all

Hello! Make sure you are using your ID in the game instead of e-mail. Your ID is User name on panel.

Is this only me or game is crashing a lot. Total unpalayable. Sometimes even crash during loading screen if u click on your mouse. Then 3-5sec after log to game instant crash client between players. I have i7 16gb ram and feel like this is not playable even to check this out
