Complaint Merchant limit become too low after the update

After the update today, It is impossible to create merchant offers in dorion1-2-3-4. I tried every camp on dorion, Even dorion5 reached the merchant limits. It doesnt make any sense when you try selling item in dorion5. Because there is no any buyer in these camps. There are only people try to sell their items. Please fix the merchant limit issue immediately. We cant use merchant service atm. This merchant limit needs to be increased.
Another solution is : make offline merchant available!
