My character has a bugged vice merchant since Monday

Basically my character (Ronnen) has a vice merchant bugged since monday. He's just there next to potion merchant in Protean Castle with no items and just chilling. Thing is, I can't destroy that merchant or do anything. Also, all my items disappeared and the NPC in Dorion doesn't retrieve anything. So basically yeah, it is completely bugged. Can someone help me with it?

Also, what are the Crystal Fortress times? No pop-up, or information on screen to when or where to join.
