İstek Premium bug?

I just updated my premium because it had run out. and i did not see an increase in my exp. im level 61 and im supposed to get 10% exp increase and i got nothing????? does this mean from 1-61 ive got no exp bonus? i tried relogging as well and still nothing. and when you highlight premium up top right it does not show exp bonus with all the other stuff
