Hello everyone! im quitting the game now becuase i don't get any help or answers from the developers/supports on my issue with the game.

1. My problem was when Im logging into the game and want to buy something on the in-game store it pops up a window that says Im not logged in when im freaking standing with my character in the town.

2. When im trying to make a selfmerchant ingame i can only input 3x numbers like "999gold" at max when im trying to put "9999" it goes back to "1" so cant sell an item for more than 999 gold.

3. My room mate that is on the same network and sitting like 3 meters away and tries to open the in-game store everything works perfectly, and when I try to do it on my laptop i get the same error that I got on my stationary main computer.

4. I bought wings/cloak/premium from the website and I could not claim them becuase you can't send items from webstore into the game so my room mate had to login to my account on hes computer to claim everything.

5. And at the last like the title says, when Im reaching out to the Devs/Supports i don't get any answers, I wrote 3x tickets about my problem but I only get automated answers back and the most frustrating message I got back from the ticket was Hello, please try again. Good bye. see pictures below.

It could be something related to your browser/cache settings. Try clearing your cache and/or flush DNS etc.

To flush DNS;

Windows 10. 8 and 8.1

  1. Navigate to the desktop. (From Home, tap or click the Desktop tile).
  2. Right-click the Start button (the Windows logo in the lower-left).
  3. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
  4. When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.

Note: If you are asked for an administrative login, you will need to contact your system administrator.
  5. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
  6. Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
  7. Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
  8. Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
  9. Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
  10. Restart the computer.

To Clear cache on chrome

  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
  2. Select History.
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand side. Set the Time Range set to All Time. ...
  4. If on a Windows computer, close and re-open Chrome to save your changes.

Unfortunately, their English support seems to be a failure even though we have been mentioning to them for the past year+ that this would happen and the first impression from the international community would be really important. The English support is a hit or miss, usually a "miss" depending on who is responding to you. The person who said "try again" should be trained on customer service.

I tried sending them tickets in both Turkish and English during Alpha/Beta just to test it out, and every time I do it in English, I don't feel like I am getting a good support. We could help you and answer your questions on discord but only the mods can write in there these days for some reason.

As for your problem, as mentioned above, it could be browser/cache issue. Even though you are clicking the shop in game, I believe it still opens up some sort of a web browser for you to navigate. So, there could be a problem there.

yeah now it worked i forgot that i put in my ip manual :p im gonna test restart pc and install the game again and test
Sounds good. Pretty sure the problem caused by either your connection or cache/DNS settings. Especially if someone in your place is able to connect with no issues. Resetting (erasing everything) your windows will resolve most of the problems as well.

Hi,
I have the same problem with the owner of this post.
I tried everything you mentioned here but the problem still continues. No in-game store access, I can't place items in merchant with more than 3 digits, and no access to help function in the game.

Hello @Swooshi and @gurbas,

I have forwarded the issue to the developer team. Can you follow the below instruction as my own suggestion?

1- Make sure that the game is closed.
2- Apply the Win+R key combination.
3- Type %appdata% in the "run" window.
4- Click on the "AppData" folder in the address bar of the folder that appears on the screen.

5- Open the folder called "Local".
6- Delete the folder called "Rise Online", which in the "Local" folder.
7- You can log in to the game.

Hello, thanks for your effort.

I followed your instructions, but the problem still continues. I installed the game to another computer and tried there, but I still have the same problem.

I created another account and tried to access the in-game store in both computers, but the problem persists. I still can't access the in-game store and can't send the items I purchased to the game.

Also, the problem with merchant and in-game help function still continues as well.

after deleting the RiseOnline folder, restart the computer.

Then it will work @Swooshi

I don't know if it is a coincidence or dev team solved the issue, or suggestion by @Fischer helped. (or hundreds of restarting the game, I got lucky in the last try) But I have access to the ingame store, I sent the items I purchased to my bag.

I can sell items with price of 4 or more digits :D
I have access to the in-game help function (I am able to see the tickets I sent earlier).

To whom it may concern, THANK YOU.
