To upgrade item levels, you can purchase a Refined Item Upgrade Scroll from [Scroll Merchant] Shael for 2,000,000 Coins.

You can purchase a Lucky Charm item from the Shop for 1267 Rise Cash for the increase your chances when upgrading with the Refined Item Upgrade Scroll

The upgrade success rates are as follows:

• The success rate for converting your item to Refined is 100%.
• The success rate for each level with the Refined Item Upgrade Scroll is 25%.
• The success rate for each level with the Lucky Charm + Refined Item Upgrade Scroll is 50%.

Epic and higher-level armors and weapons can be converted into "Refined" items.

Epic items can be upgraded for a fee of 100,000 Coins. Unique items can be upgraded for a fee of 200,000 Coins.

The chance of upgrading items can be further increased with Gold. Refined items cannot be dismantled.
