Hi.

it's good to know that ROW support works soooo fast

Not only I have to replies in days but also I saw player that I reported long time ago still running around.

I'm wondering do only EN support works soooo slow here

As it's expected. I've reported a streamer who use macro while leveling (it was obvious, also I've recorded it's video and I think that he uses macro while PvP'ing too), but not a bit penalty have been applied...

Before "oficial realise" they said they wil fix fix desapearing PMs (not fixed) I can not use Auction House.

I'm wondering if it's bug or not but I can not get any drop (except coins) from mobs from channel around 4-5 and above.

That's not a bug. Item drops are disabled on some channels.
