Complaint Slow Download Speed

Downloading the game through the launcher is painful. It's been an hour since I started downloading and it's only at 3%. The download speed is stuck at ~10kB/s, please either fix the launcher download bandwidth or provide us with a download link with a 3rd party hosting site (Google Drive, mega, etc).

Can you do the following steps and share screenshots with us so that we can better understand the problem?

For windows:
Start Menu > Run > cmd

For Mac/Linux
Run terminal

Command 1:
tracert cdnbeta.riseonlineworld.com

Command2:
ping cdnbeta.riseonlineworld.com

Please post the screenshot after both commands are finished.
