Weapon bug? Lighting damage not working? Arch sword vs Cursed blade.

I saw a video on youtube where a player is testing the damage of an arch sword +7 vs a cursed blade +7, the damage difference is very little. Does the Lighting damage not working? Why iff Arch sword have more AP its dealing the same damage, PLEASE, DO SOMETHING! its 10 gbs items vs a 70m item LOL

IDK why but Arch sword is same with cursed.

Oh its a test dummy, try a player. Those dummies aren't accurate sadly enough.

So technically, its still a bug, but its a bug with the dummies, not weapons.
