You can open the “Celestial Chest” obtained from quests at the NPC named “Fortune Teller” in the Dorion region.
The chest contains Epic and Unique items, as well as the Celestial Anklet and related materials.
Images of the Celestial Anklet and its materials can be found in the image below.
Using the Celestial Anklet and materials obtained from the chest, you can craft it via the “Anklet” option under the Craft > Other tab.
In accessory crafting, there are A, B, C, D, and S types.
The stats provided vary depending on the letter grade. With each accessory upgrade, the stats it contains increase.
During crafting and letter-grade upgrades, each letter has an 18% chance, while there is also a 10% chance of failure (burn).
If you hit the 10% chance, you will obtain a “Celestial Anklet” chest.
You can review the maximum stats in the images provided below.
From the Craft > Other section, you can obtain chests by converting the “Celestial Anklet Piece” item.
To add the 4th letter to the item, you can add Physical Defense as the final stat using the “Orb of Protection” obtained from the “Golden Jade Chest”, or you can remove the final stat using the “Orb of Purification.”
As shown with the arrow below, you can access Item Combine through your Inventory.
You can perform the removal process from the Item Combine section.
