Refinement Upgrade System Activated.
To convert your +7 - +8 - +9 Epic and Unique items to Refinement, you can get a Refinement Scroll from [Scroll Merchant] Shael for 2,500,000 Coins. You can get Refined Item Upgrade Scroll from [Scroll Merchant] Shael for 2,000,000 Coins to upgrade your items.
To increase your luck when upgrading with the Refined Item Upgrade Scroll, you can purchase a Lucky Charm item from the Store. Refined items cannot be Dismantled.
Epic and higher clothes and weapons can be converted into “Refined” items.
Epic Items can be upgraded for 100,000 Coins.
Unique Items can be upgraded for 200,000 Coins.
The refinement item that restores to normal, "Restoration Scroll", was added to the NPC "Shael [Scroll Merchant]" in the 10.0.5 update.
The chance to upgrade items with Gold can be increased extra.
