(D) Violations, Penalties, and Appeals
- The purpose of the official Rise Online World Mobile forum is to inform the Rise Online World Mobile player community about new in-game content and to enable the exchange of information among users.
- All users who register on the official Rise Online World Mobile forum are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the latest version of the forum rules.
- Rise Online World Mobile authorities reserve the right to modify the rules without prior notice to users.
- Each user has the right to create only 1 (one) account. If a user is found to have multiple forum accounts, all accounts except the main account will be permanently banned. Users who receive temporary bans are strictly prohibited from creating additional accounts during the ban period; they must wait for the ban to expire and continue using their original account. If this rule is violated repeatedly, all accounts including the main account will be permanently banned.
- Shared account usage on the forum is strictly prohibited. When necessary, the account owner is responsible for any penalties applied to the account.
- Sharing any content that is considered a crime, prohibited, or illegal under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye is strictly forbidden. Users who violate this rule will be permanently banned without warning.
- You are responsible for every message you post. Forum Administrators (Admin/Moderator Team) do not assume any responsibility in this regard. Messages that do not comply with the forum rules will be deleted without warning.
- You can easily submit your suggestions, complaints, and other notifications regarding any topic or message to the relevant section moderator by using the “Report” button. For other matters, you can contact moderators via private message or use the Contact page. (Abusing the reporting system is prohibited.)
- Each user is responsible for the security of their own account.
- Using VPNs or similar tools during forum registration is prohibited. If it is detected that a VPN was used, the account will be processed as spam.
- The forum management reserves the right to issue penalties using special warnings when necessary.
This clause is not intended for arbitrary punishment. It is meant to maintain order and peace in the forum in cases where there is disruptive behavior or statements not yet covered by existing rules. - The forum management has the authority to permanently close accounts it deems suspicious (spam, advertising) without warning and/or without assigning penalty points.
(B) User Behavior
- It is strictly prohibited to create any content (such as images, text, audio recordings, videos, topics, messages, etc.) that may insult, degrade, or harm the reputation of any individual, the state and its officials, or any organizations and institutions.
- It is strictly prohibited to impersonate or attempt to impersonate Rise Online World Mobile game or forum officials by using their username, name, profile image, or signature.
- Acting as if you are a game or forum official is strictly prohibited.
- Sending private messages within the forum that may disturb or harass any individual is strictly prohibited.
- Users who support rule violations will be considered as accomplices. Necessary actions in accordance with the rules will be applied by forum authorities to users who are complicit in violations.
- It is strictly prohibited to create any content (such as images, text, audio recordings, videos, topics, messages, etc.), whether proven or unproven, that may humiliate or damage the reputation of any individual(s). For complaints regarding players in the game or forum, please use the support ticket system of the relevant platform to report to authorities.
- If content is quoted from another source, the original source must be clearly credited. If permission is required from the source, it must be obtained.
- Sharing misinformation within the forum is prohibited. Providing incorrect information without sufficient knowledge on a topic may mislead users and cause them to have incorrect understanding.
- Insults, profanity, hate speech, or similar behavior directed at another user via private messages are grounds for suspension.
(C) Forum Usage
- Using all or mostly capital letters in a topic title or message is considered shouting and is prohibited. Such content may be deleted/edited by forum authorities.
- Before creating a new topic, users must check whether similar content already exists by using the forum’s “Search” feature. Duplicate topics will be deleted without warning.
- When creating a new topic, users must select the appropriate category and tags according to the content. Topics deemed to have incorrect categories or tags may be moved/edited by authorities.
- When creating a new topic, the title must summarize the content. Titles such as “Urgent”, “Help”, “Error”, etc. may be edited/deleted to maintain forum order.
- Users may not post the same message they previously created in multiple different topics.
- Creating a new topic as a continuation of a locked topic without permission from forum authorities is strictly prohibited.
- Posts made solely to bump a topic or containing irrelevant content such as “+1”, “++”, “super”, “bump”, or only emojis will be deleted without warning. Thank-you messages are not subject to this rule.
- To maintain forum order, users may not post a new message directly after their own message in the same topic. If the last message belongs to the user and they wish to add or edit it, they must use the “Edit Message” feature. Violating messages may be edited/deleted.
- It is strictly prohibited to share personal or private information of any user (such as phone numbers, audio recordings, images, private messages, social media accounts, etc.) protected under privacy laws. Additionally, sharing private communications with forum or game officials without permission is prohibited.
- Content created to exploit in-game bugs or to encourage others to benefit from such bugs, or to create panic, will be deleted without warning.
- Sharing screenshots or contents of private messages publicly (except with Rise Online World Mobile officials through official channels) without the consent of all parties involved is strictly prohibited.
- Discussions about language, religion, race, or politics are strictly prohibited. Such content will be deleted without warning.
- Users are strictly prohibited from including text, images, or links related to other platforms in their profile (profile picture, banner, signature, etc.), topics, or messages.
- Users may not include threatening, obscene content, advertisements, or disturbing visuals in their profile or any content they create (topics, messages, private messages, signatures, etc.).
- Making defamatory, degrading, or false statements aimed at damaging the reputation of Rise Online World Mobile or Rokogame Studios is grounds for suspension.
- Accusing or putting any official of Rise Online World or its forum under suspicion is strictly prohibited.
- Advertising or selling commercial items such as Gold, Characters, Items, NFTs, etc. within the forum is strictly prohibited.
- Each user has the right to change their forum username up to 3 times.
- Sharing links outside the official Rise Online World Mobile websites that may endanger user security is prohibited. Such posts may be deleted and the user may be penalized.
- It is prohibited for multiple users to coordinate and spam the same message.
- Sharing, promoting, or advertising any illegal game or software content within the forum will result in immediate suspension without question.
- Posting irrelevant or meaningless messages is prohibited.
- Sharing links or directing users is prohibited unless for informational purposes related to the game. Informational YouTube videos may be shared.
- All users who register on the forum are deemed to have accepted the above rules.
(D) Violations, Penalties, and Appeals
- Forum authorities interpret and enforce the forum rules when applying penalties for violations. If you believe that a penalty applied to you is unfair, you may appeal by contacting a forum authority via private message.
- When issuing a suspension, the user’s past warnings may be taken into consideration.
